Pueraria is among the most important of the medicinal
herbs used in Chinese herbalism. It is very widely used,
it is particularly important in the treatment of many
common ailments, from headaches and stiff shoulders to
fevers and the common cold. It is an herb that everyone
familiar with Chinese herbs uses from time to time.
Chinese doctors use it daily. In tonic herbalism, it is
only used on the rare occasions when one is suffering a
